I just wanted to let you know that I received my order of the Waffle Mixes about a couple of weeks ago. I had the chance to make my first batch last weekend and I have to say that they were exquisite. I admit I almost ate the whole batch myself. Rick, it's about time some took up the task of educating Americans about authentic Belgian Waffles. My wife lived there from the age of 8-13 and raved about them. We have since visited and our kids love them also.
